Col-O-Lam is THE natural colostrum replacer for lambs and goat kids in a convenient portion pack of 50 grams.

A top product from Biofiber Damino. Preferably administer this product within 6 hours after birth in situations where insufficient colostrum of good quality is available. Lambs benefit from receiving Col-O-Lam up to approximately 48 hours after birth.

• The IgG content of 17% — Col-O-Lam’s high guaranteed protein content provides the lamb with easily available nutrients and energy for a good start and optimal protection against anaemia.
• Mixing: Each sachet contains 50 grams of Col-O-Lam, sufficient for 1 lamb. Gradually mix the contents of the sachet with 100 ml of warm water (40°C) and whisk firmly until a smooth liquid is obtained. Due to the high protein content, the liquid must be mixed for a minimum of 30 seconds.
• Administration: Col-O-Lam can be administered via a feeding bottle or stomach tube (for weak lambs). Each lamb should receive the full feed (140 ml) as quickly as possible, preferably within 5 hours after birth. For small lambs, the feed may optionally be given in 2 portions.
• Storage: If necessary, the prepared Col-O-Lam can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 72 hours. The product must be reheated to 40°C by placing it in a pan of water (no warmer than 60°C)..
